RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS

Project Brown

Kitchen with white cabinets, a stainless steel gas stove, a white countertop, a stainless steel sink, a window, and beige tile backsplash arranged in a herringbone pattern.

Project Brown is a turnkey kitchen renovation located in the city of Camarillo. Embracing an industrial modern design scheme, this transformation will bring a sleek and contemporary aesthetic to the heart of the home. With an emphasis on clean lines, minimalist elements, and utilitarian materials, the kitchen will become a sophisticated blend of functionality and style.

The client of Project Brown chose a beautiful, black single slab, infused with white veins on their double island which makes for a stunning focal point. The countertop is simple, yet effective in the space all while the herringbone backsplash allows for it all to pull together. The use of dark wood floors, stainless steel appliances, and statement light fixtures will further enhance the space's atmosphere.

Project McKeen

Project McKeen preserves a 1950s home’s mid-century character while layering an eclectic. Vintage lighting and classic furniture mix with modern textures, global accents, and curated antiques for a collected, lived-in look. The palette and proportions honor mid-century while sculptural textiles and tactile finishes add depth.

Most pieces are thrifted or repurposed: secondhand sofas, salvaged lighting restored, and pre-loved accessories that add story. Reuse kept authenticity, cut waste, and made the home personal. The result: a warm, curated interior that respects its 1950s roots.

Project Thomas

Project Thomas is a new-build modern home in Lake Havasu, Arizona, designed and furnished for short-term rental use. The interiors balance clean architectural lines with warm desert tones, creating an inviting yet contemporary environment tailored to both guest comfort and rental performance. An open-plan layout enhances flow, sightlines, and usability while maintaining a cohesive, high-end aesthetic throughout the home.

AR Interiors provided detailed AutoCAD furniture plans and 3D renderings to guide the furnishing and fit-out process. Furniture layouts were carefully developed to optimize circulation, sleeping capacity, storage, and serviceability for efficient turnovers. Photorealistic renderings illustrated material selections, lighting strategies, and spatial relationships, allowing the client to confidently visualize and refine the design prior to procurement and installation.

The final design emphasizes durable, easy-to-maintain furnishings, flexible living zones, and guest-focused amenities that support short-term rental needs. Through coordinated materials, lighting, and furniture selections, Project Thomas achieves a cohesive, modern look that appeals to a wide range of guests while remaining practical to manage resulting in a property that is both visually compelling and operationally efficient.
