AR Interiors is an interior design studio located in Ventura County. Our company specializes in creating unique and tailored spaces for commercial and residential buildings, lead by our head designer, Alyssa Rose. Our team is always striving to go beyond your expectations while providing the most point & innovative designs.

Founder | Lead Designer

I embarked on the journey of establishing this studio in 2021, right after completing my Professional Designation in Interior Design degree from the Los Angeles Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising (FIDM), where I sharpened both my skills and passion for the field.

Growing up around my family’s construction business, originally founded by my late grandfather and later continued by my father, I developed an early appreciation for creativity, entrepreneurship, and thoughtful design. I later had the opportunity to work closely within the business and assist with planning for large-scale new construction projects, including 300+ unit apartment communities, which gave me valuable hands-on experience early in my career.

Over time, I have undertaken numerous residential and commercial projects, creating spaces that feel intentional, functional, and personal to each client. I am experienced in industry programs including Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite, allowing me to bring ideas to life from concept to completion.

I later went on to earn my Bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University and am currently pursuing my MBA at California Lutheran University, combining both creative and business-focused education into my approach to design.

Above all, I pride myself on building lasting relationships with my clients and creating a design experience that feels collaborative, approachable, and exciting from start to finish.

    From AutoCad drawings to physical plans + seeing elevations, we love each step along the way. Don’t get us wrong the end result is by far the best!

    Sketching

    Fun Fact: I couldn’t draw before attending FIDM.

    I was extremely nervous to take Sketching Techniques. We started off with the basics learning how to draw circles, squares and triangles. By the end of the quarter I was able to draw full interior and exterior points of view.

    Drafting by Hand

    During my first quarter at the Fashion Institute of Los Angeles, I learned how to draft by hand. Though this craft is unessential for present-day due to software programs, I throughly enjoyed learning the basics.
